Wikepedia shares, "Memory is the faculty of the mind by which information is encoded, stored, and retrieved. Memory is vital to experiences and related to limbic systems, it is the retention of information over time for the purpose of influencing future action.[1] If we could not remember past events, we could not learn or develop language, relationships, nor personal identity (Eysenck, 2012)."

So how well do you retain information? Can you refine your ability to take sharper actions based on what you have retained from the past?

Try some of Yanjaa's memory techniques and see if you can improve your memory retention. You don't have to be Yanjaa, but a good memory can help you in many aspects of your life, including academics, your professional life and even your social life. When you remember something special about someone, they will always appreciate your thoughtfulness.  As with everything, the p's make a difference, practice and patience.
