Being resilient is an ability that every one should strive for, as life is often filled with change and at times also hardships. Working on this framework of steps will help you to cultivate your resiliency. This is a lifetime journey, so don't be too hard on yourself, if you don't always meet your expectations. Use the steps as a guide, refer to them when necessary, and keep in mind that resiliency also comes with time and life experience.
